Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between, on the one hand, Chastity-House, and on the other hand, individuals wishing to make a purchase via the Chastity-House website: https://www.chastity-house.com. These terms and conditions govern the sale of products presented on the Chastity-House website and exclude any special clauses added by the customer, unless expressly agreed by Chastity-House.
All orders imply acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The sales contract is subject to French law.
The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website. However, if a condition is missing, it will be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector for companies based in France.
The customer’s acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale is confirmed by the validation of the order during the online ordering process and by the communication of their bank details to the payment system. An order that has been confirmed electronically is final and cannot be canceled. These general terms and conditions of sale can be accessed from any page on the Chastity-House website by clicking on the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” button located in the bottom menu bar of the website.
Chastity-House reserves the right, at any time, to adapt or modify all or part of these terms and conditions. Any additions or modifications shall take effect immediately upon being posted online, and all Customers shall be deemed to have accepted them simply by accessing and using the https://www.chastity-house.com website from that date onwards.
The customer declares that they have full legal capacity and are of legal age, enabling them to commit to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 – Product
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website https://www.chastity-house.com.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the accessories used to present the products (dolls, displays, mannequins) are not for sale and cannot be ordered on the website. The price indicated for a product does not include the accessories shown (dolls, displays, mannequins).
The website https://www.chastity-house.com provides a detailed description for each of the products offered for sale.
Each description presents the characteristics, product references, photos, prices, and information enabling the buyer to make an informed purchase. Chastity-House cannot be held liable if the buyer is unable to use the product for any reason whatsoever.
The photographs in the Chastity-House catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product offered, particularly with regard to colors, due to the many possible settings that visitors may have applied to their computer screens.
Products are offered while stocks last. The electronic ordering system manages item availability in real time. In the event of an exceptional malfunction, Chastity-House cannot be held liable for a product being out of stock and the user cannot obtain compensation in excess of the amount paid for the unavailable product, regardless of the amount of their order.
Article 3 – Prices
The sale prices of products online on the Chastity-House Website, indicated in euros, are those in effect at the time the order form is registered by the buyer.
The offer of the online store, provided by Chastity-House, indicates the total price to be paid for the products offered in euros. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs. The amount of these shipping costs is clearly indicated in the shopping cart before validation by the user.
Prices (item prices, shipping costs) are subject to change without notice. The buyer pays for their order at the price in effect at the time of order validation. The products remain the property of Chastity-House until full payment has been received.
Article 4 – Ordering
All orders imply acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without prejudice to any specific contractual terms agreed between the Parties.
The buyer has the opportunity to check the details of their order and correct any errors. Once the buyer confirms their order by clicking on the “Confirm your payment” icon, they are deemed to have knowingly accepted these general terms and conditions of sale, the prices, volumes, and quantities of the products offered for sale and ordered by the buyer.
The order confirmed by the buyer will be confirmed by Chastity-House. The sale will only be considered final after Chastity-House has provided the buyer with this order confirmation and has received payment in full.
Chastity-House recommends that the buyer keep the information contained in the order confirmation sent by Chastity-House on paper or in electronic form.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment for orders placed on the website https://www.chastity-house.com. Chastity-House recommends payment by credit card, which is the fastest method.
Credit card payments are made through a secure system that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which encrypts the information transmitted using software so that no third party can access it while it is being transmitted over the network. Your bank statement will show the name “TOPONLINEST.”
The buyer can check the status of their order on the website https://www.chastity-house.com in the My Account section by logging in with their email address and the password chosen when registering on the website.
Article 6 – Delivery
Shipping is free on Chastity-House. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once the order has been shipped, it will take between 7 and 12 business days to receive it. A tracking number is provided to the customer as soon as the order is shipped. Products are shipped from our warehouses in Asia in order to offer you attractive prices.
You must refuse delivery if the goods are damaged, missing, or if the package has been opened or repackaged (except for customs clearance). In the event of loss or damage, you must make specific and detailed written reservations on the carrier’s delivery note in the presence of the carrier or its employees; you must then send the carrier a registered letter detailing your reservations within 3 days of delivery.
Goods accepted without reservation by the recipient at the time of delivery and/or in the absence of a letter sent to the carrier within 3 days are deemed to have arrived in good condition and in their entirety (number of items, identity in relation to the order, etc.). No claims will be accepted by https://www.chastity-house.com and https://www.chastity-house.com cannot be held liable.
By signing the delivery note, you accept the products delivered as is, without any reservations upon receipt. No claims relating to damage sustained during transport will be accepted. It is your responsibility to carry out all checks and make any detailed reservations upon arrival of the equipment in order to be able to exercise, if necessary, any recourse against the carrier.
Article 7 – Returns
If there is an apparent anomaly with the package (in particular, damaged package, open package, traces of liquid, etc.), the buyer or recipient of the products ordered must not open the package but is invited to return it unopened within five working days to a post office and have a “report of damage” drawn up. Opening the package will void any recourse with the Post Office. The buyer or recipient is also asked to report the problem to Chastity-House by email at serviceclient@chastity-house.com.
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving their order, to return, at their own expense, any products that do not suit them, in accordance with Article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, for exchange or refund. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
All returns must be sent to an address that will be provided to you upon request.
Any product returned must be in its original condition and packaging, with the labels still attached to the product concerned. It must not have been used, must not have suffered any damage, however slight, and must be in a perfectly clean condition. For hygiene reasons, Chastity-House will not refund products that have been worn.
This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for shipping and return costs, unless there has been an error in delivery on the part of Chastity-House.
Given the custom-made nature of the garments, the refund will take into account a 15% discount on the price of the product.
The withdrawal period does not apply if the customer is a company or is making a purchase on behalf of a company.
Within a maximum of 30 working days from receipt of the returned product, Chastity-House will send a check by mail or credit the buyer’s credit card as a refund to the customer, who may not claim any other compensation or financial compensation.
All products supplied by the seller are covered by the 2-year legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. However, in the event of installation of systems not supported by the official manufacturer, the warranty will not apply. Furthermore, we do not cover screen breakage, whether caused by impact or not, or problems arising from impact or other screen-related issues. The customer shall use the product appropriately, avoiding exposure to heat sources in order to prevent overheating. In accordance with Article L. 211-7 of the Consumer Code, defects appearing 6 months after delivery of the goods must be demonstrated by the customer. The customer must therefore provide expert reports to prove the existence of the hidden defect. In addition, falls, broken glass, and oxidized and wet products are excluded from the warranty. Products must not have been opened.
Once returned and received by our after-sales service, the product will be repaired or exchanged if repair is not possible within 30 business days. Please note that for any fault occurring during the first month, your product will be automatically exchanged. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we can offer a credit note for the amount of these costs upon presentation of the shipping invoice.
To be accepted, all returns must be notified in advance by email using the buyer’s contact form or by registered mail.
All returns must also be accompanied by the duly completed delivery note.
Any claims not made in accordance with the rules set out above and within the specified time limits cannot be taken into account and will release Chastity-House from any liability towards the consumer.
Article 8 – Dispute resolution
This contract is subject to US law. Chastity-House cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that may result from the malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to the products made by the manufacturers.
Chastity-House’s liability shall, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the option, before taking any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association, or any other advisor of their choice. It is hereby reiterated that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the “short period” of the legal warranty or the duration of the contractual warranty.
It is hereby reiterated that, as a general rule and subject to the discretion of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty presupposes that the buyer honors their financial commitments to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive consideration, as good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, the Commercial Court of Nice shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
