Deliveries and returns

Here are the delivery and return conditions applicable to the Chastity House store.

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery. Delivery is tracked and made to your home address. In very rare cases, you may be charged customs fees. The Chastity House store will reimburse you upon presentation of the invoice. Shipping is free for all orders over $59.

Returns

Have you received a defective product? You can contact our customer service department, who will explain the procedure for returning the item for a replacement or a refund.
